In 2006 I became a licensed realtor for the GVRB with Sutton
Group Seafair Realty and am a recipient of the Sutton
National Platinum Award. Sutton Group Seafair has two
established offices in Richmond and Tsawwassen with over 200
agents working between them. Being affiliated with such a
large office provides greater exposure and enhanced
marketing tools such as our ad kiosks in the Richmond Center
and Landsdowne Mall.
My background:
Prior to joining Sutton, I spent over 20 years in the
service industry as a flight attendant during which time I
owned and operated my own consulting business. This provided
me with strengths as a decisive detail oriented business
leader, a good communicator and a strong negotiator in order
to obtain and sustain contracts. It has provided me with
good knowledge of contracts and contract law, which is a big
part in real estate. Growing up with a family in the
construction business has given me good general knowledge of
construction and home renovation, which has proven to be an
asset to my clients. I take great personal satisfaction in
providing exceptional and outstanding service with honesty
and integrity while assisting my clients in meeting their
personal goals. My creativity has enabled me to stay on the
leading edge of the marketplace while remaining focused and
supplying my clients with “Service they can Trust.”
